Our estate Baco Noir and Marquette, ripened beautifully with intense and polished flavours of dark berry, spice and tobacco. The Cabernet Fran add a softening touch of fruit which carries through the finish.
Try this vintage paired with bison or venison grilled alongside wild mushrooms and roots.
